All uploads received prior to March 1, 2006 receive an automatic 10% reduction for the first year's upload and storage. This discount will be built into the upload wizard as it calculates your fees based on the size of you upload.
Annual storage begins July 1, 2007 even if your upload is in online December 2005 - June 2006 your fee covers your storage until July 1, 2007.
